The Orienteering Federation of India proudly organized the WOW 2026 (World Orienteering Week) event at KED American Academy, Borivali on Saturday, 16th May 2026. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students who actively engaged in various Orienteering activities designed to enhance navigation skills, physical fitness, concentration, and teamwork.
Participants were introduced to the fundamentals of Orienteering, including map reading, route planning, control point navigation, and decision-making under time constraints. The event created an exciting learning environment where students explored the importance of strategy, observation, and outdoor adventure.
The activities conducted during the event encouraged confidence-building, self-reliance, and sportsmanship among participants. Students displayed remarkable enthusiasm and curiosity while learning about this globally recognized adventure sport.
